Refund policy

At DIGIM, your satisfaction is our priority.

RETURNS — 30-DAY WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at mbqobo@gmail.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
